Spores 14 µm (11.5-18 µm); psilate-scabrate; dark color, pore round, very small.

K&J REMARKS
Two varieties of Monoporisporites minutus were described: A and B. Variety A is here taken as the true species; it has a (sub)circular outline and its pore is near its centre. Variety B is oval, with the pore near the amb, and it is described as 15 µm long, with a lighter color than var. A, and with a small pore.
