It appears that this name was not validly published because the author did not specify where the holotype is stored, and did not provide a Latin or English translation. (ICBN, Art. 36.3.)
The illustrated specimen is 45 µm in size, nearly spherical, with an ill-defined pore-like opening that has a diameter of about 40% of the spore diameter.
