ORIG DESCRIPTION

The leaves of Sideroxylon premastichodendron Berry from Oxford are badly infested with a leaf blight that causes the formation of irregularly oval spots ranging in size from 1 to 5 mm in diameter. Margins irregular and commonly confluent. Perithecial masses thick, aggregated in the basal half of the leaf, especially along the midrib.
