LOCATION
Dongying Formation: Heze county of Shandong Province, China.
ORIG DESCRIPTION

Holotype 20 x 15 µm, spores subcircular to broadly ellipsoidal. Cells semispherical, slightly notched [in the middle]. Septum one-layered, flat and straight, without septal folds. Spore wall more than 1 µm thick, surface smooth.
COMMENTS
*
This species can be distinguished from other Dicellaesporites by its nearly circular to broadly ellipsoidal shape.
