LOCATION Panshan, Liaoning Province, Coastal region of Bohai, China.
ORIG DESCRIPTION* Spores 15 x 15 µm. Outline triangular. Two-celled, smaller cell subcircular, larger cell triangular, dark-colored. Monoporate, pore situated at end of smaller cell, small, about 0.5 µm in diameter. Spore wall 2 µm thick. Septum dark-colored.
COMMENTS* Spores in this new species can be distinguished from those in Didymoporisporonites inaequalis Sheffy & Dilcher 1971 by their triangular outline and thicker wall.
