ORIG DESCRIPTION

Fungal spores multicellular, uniseriate, individuals consisting of three to many cells; cells flattened at the junction with the neighboring cell, outer margins convex, breadth 15-25 µm, height 10-17 µm; cell wall thick, granular; septa thick with a small opening through them. Size-range: 30-70 x 15-25 µm; holotype 50 µm.
COMMENTS

Pluricellaesporites clarkei can be distinguished in having a granular cell wall and lacking dentate septa. The specific epithet is given in honor of Dr.
