ORIGINAL DIAGNOSIS: Fossil pycnidia and acervuli; semi-immersed, globose, composed of thick-walled cells, textura angularis, and producing numerous conidia; conidia dark, ellipsoidal with dark medial septum and truncate base; conidial wall ornamented with angularly reticulate ridges.
