K&J REMARKS This species is cited in Song Zhichen et al. 1999, p. 55, pl. 10, fig. 23, and this paper is listed in their References on p. 777, line 2 up. Kalgutkar and Jansonius (2000) had only been able to find a faxed xerox copy of the Zhang paper, in which the illustration has lost most of its diagnostic value. They thought this species fits their concept of Asterothyrites, but lacking better resources, they are not willing to propose a formal transfer.
