K&J REMARKS
It appears that this name was not validly published because the author did not specify where the holotype is stored, and did not provide a Latin or English translation. (ICBN, Art. 36.3.)
The illustrated specimen, measuring 32 x 18 µm, is tricellate, with the distal cell being more than half the total spore length, and showing a rounded tapering at its end. It seems it would fit in better with the genus Brachysporisporites.
