ORIG DESCRIPTION* Ascostromata subcircular in shape, dark brown, non-ostiolate, size range 66-114 x 55.5-90 µm, cells not arranged radially, porate, pores mostly distributed throughout the ascostromata, marginal cells aporate, cells hexagonal, sometimes pentagonal, cells increasing in size towards periphery, margin thick, wavy.
