ORIG DESCRIPTION

Pollen grains 2-porate, bilateral, isopolar, barrel-shaped to somewhat laterally elongated (about 27 x 45.6 x 27 µm). Pores presumably circular, about 5.7 x 8.6 µm in diameter, slightly sunken, not covering the entire width of the lateral ends. Exine very faintly reticulate, about 1.5 µm. Nexine about twice as thick as sexine.
