K&J REMARKS Dwivedi published a preliminary note in Current Science, in which he reported on the finding of an Eocene Intertrappean rust fungus infecting the fruit Enigmocarpon parijai Sahni. He announced that the detailed description of it would be published later. However, at the time it went to press, Kalgutkar and Jansonius (2000) were not aware of a follow-up, in which this name was validly published.
