LOCATION Lewis Creek, Kentucky, USA.
ORIG DESCRIPTION* Central cavity up to 235 µm in diameter. Evenly distributed spines up to 120 µm long, unbranched; secondary processes small and inconspicuous, continuous with fine, repeatedly branched hyphal filaments. Peripheral hyphal network extensively developed and amorphous. Cavity containing scattered spheres 33-35 µm in diameter. Spheres empty.
COMMENTS* The specific epithet is proposed in honour of W.C. Williamson who provided the first detailed description of Traquairia.
