Preparing a scholarly manuscript for submission on the interaction of host breadth and the strength of the dilution effect
Sporadic supervision of two undergraduates working on projects in avian phylogenetic conservation.
Qualifications
BSc. or equivalent in Biology and:
1. Good working knowledge of MATHEMATICA and R software;
2. Demonstrated experience with epidemiological modeling and Bayesian Linear Modeling in R;
3. Demonstrated experience working with large datasets;
4. Comfort with the theory of the evolutionary dilution effect;
5. Strong background in macroevolution and conservation.
